Good to Know
A few practical answers for everyday preschool life.
Snacks & Refreshments
Children should have breakfast before coming to school, or parents may send breakfast along. Please send a water bottle each day. Jungle Kids, Fireflies and Butterflies should bring one fruit each day, which is cut and shared at snack time — the school provides sandwiches, and parents may send their own snack if preferred. Aftercare children should bring a healthy lunch and snack. No sweets, chocolates or fizzy drinks are allowed, except for birthday celebrations.
Clothing & Belongings
Please mark all belongings, including clothes, shoes, bottles and lunchboxes. Children should wear old, comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor and creative play, and keep a change of clothes in their bag. Please do not send personal toys to school.
Communication with Parents
Teachers communicate with parents through regular WhatsApp updates and direct messages where needed. Please check messages regularly and update the school immediately if contact numbers or addresses change.
Health & Medication
Children with a fever or contagious illness must be kept at home. Teachers are not permitted to administer medication at school.
Reports & Progress
Children are assessed on a continuous basis, and all aspects of development are recorded. Two complete reports are compiled per year.
